Community

We would love to receive photos of your horses and ponies for our blog! Email us at information@jonjonequestrian.co.uk. Photos should be sent as jpegs and should be around 500kb in size. We are all about the horses after all! 

Returns

We do not accept returns on skincare products or face coverings because of hygiene implications. We do accept returns on other products and you have up to 28 days to return any item to us. Please see our returns policy for details.  

Shipping

We try to keep shipping as low as possible because we realise it’s an extra cost that nobody likes. Shipping within the UK is £3.99 for orders up to £50 and free on orders over £50. In the EU shipping costs £5.99 on orders up to £50 and it is free on those over £50. For those countries in the European Free Trade Association - Norway, Iceland, Switzerland and Liechtenstein - postage is a little more and costs £8.99 on orders up to £50, but it’s still free for orders over £50. Why not share postage with a friend and order your favourite items from Jon Jon Equestrian together? Or, even better, if your order totals more than £50 you don’t pay any postage at all! It takes several days for our suppliers to create your order, as each printed product is custom made, and it then takes another five to 10 days to reach you through the post, depending on postal services and worldwide pandemics. 

We are a small business, but nonetheless we have big ideas when it comes to sustainability and doing our bit for the environment, so we have decided not to hold large amounts of stock. That way we are using only the resources needed to create our products as they are ordered. Taking account of creation time as well as shipping means that delivery may take a little longer than you're used to, but we hope you feel it's worth it and that the benefits outweigh the slight inconvenience. We can also reassure you that in those instances where we do have to hold stock we will strive to carry only limited amounts, and we promise we will never just bin unsold items and they will never end up in landfill.
