Shipping policy
We're always looking for great products that are that little bit different, so we source from many different countries. Also, sustainability is really important to us, so some of our products are created to order. This allows us to keep stock levels to a minimum and in turn cuts down on waste, helping us do our bit to reduce the shocking amount of items - especially clothing - that end up in landfill every year. What this means is that you may have to wait a little longer for your order - but we hope you agree, it's worth it!
For printed items, such as t-shirts and hoodies, the creation process generally takes between two and seven days. Shipping then usually takes a further five to 10 days within Europe, and 10 - 20 days to countries outside of Europe. Delays can happen though for a variety of reasons - not least of course the current global pandemic - so please bear with us in such instances. We always let you know when your order is shipped and you will be able to track your parcel en route.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you'll receive an email notification from us, which includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us: sales@jonjonequestrian.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
Shipping rates - UK
We offer a flat rate for shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom. This is £3.99 for orders up to £50 and free for orders of £50 and above.
Shipping to countries within the EU
We also offer flat rate shipping to European Union member states. This is £5.99, with free shipping for orders over £50.
For shipping rates to other destinations please contact us. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Customs duties
Sometimes orders are subject to import duties and taxes upon entering a country and delivery to the customer. These are paid by the customer, not the company, so please be aware of this. In such cases, Jon Jon Equestrian is not responsible for customs duties and taxes due.
