Refund policy

We want you to love everything you buy from us, but in the unlikely event you change your mind about something you've bought, or it doesn't fit, then we are happy to refund.

To start the refund ball rolling, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have 14 days to return the goods to us.

This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund, and then 14 days to return the goods to us - so a total of 28 days.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Sadly, we do not refund your return costs.

To start a return, simply contact us at sales@jonjonequestrian.co.uk and we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, goods sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us with your returns questions at sales@jonjonequestrian.co.uk.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. These include skincare products and face coverings. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.

Please note: you must retain proof of postage for the goods you return.
