Fly and midge concentrate - for horses and ponies

Pesky flies - begone I say! One of the few pains of summer for horses and their owners - but you don’t have to put up with the buzzy things! Try this concentrated repellent from Avena - it contains essential oils of peppermint, lavender and citronella, which you simply dilute in water. Add five drops of the concentrate to 500ml of boiled then cooled water. Use a spray bottle for convenient application, shake the mixture and spray liberally when needed.

This product is paraben-free. It contains no animal ingredients and has not been tested on animals - yay!
